Replacing Old Asphalt Structures

At Standard Paving we have the excavation equipment, dump trucks, and skilled operators to rip out the old asphalt (or concrete) and prepare a new subbase. Asphalt surfaces that fail early typically do so because of subbase problems (or poor or no maintenance). We will identify subbase issues like drainage, tree roots, soft soil, etc. and resolve them. A base of gravel is put down and compacted followed by the asphalt paver and compacter. When we finish, and if it is professionally maintained, you have a surface that will last for 30 years.
